The Last Samurai Katsumoto's Army Armor

Chest & back armor used by members of Katsumoto’s army in the 2003 Tom Cruise film The Last Samurai. An American military advisor embraces the Samurai culture he was hired to destroy after he is captured in battle. This set consists of front and back armor and was used by background actors in the film. This piece is made of a very dense urethane rubber. The front and back portions are held together via shoulder pads and ropes, and the whole thing features a set of panel armor around the waist held together via leather strips. This piece remains in excellent, production made condition.
